Registration fees

The registration fee for delegates includes
  • Admission to the Conference and the exhibition
  • Program and book of abstracts
  • Daily tea/coffee and lunches
  • The reception at the KTH Library
  • The reception at the City Hall
  • Pub evenings
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes
  • The reception at the KTH Library
  • The reception at the City Hall
  • Pub evenings
Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does not include admission to the scientific sessions, or entitle them to any Conference literature.

¹ The registration fee for PhD students/post-docs has been reduced due to a Marie-Curie EU grant.

For non-members of EUROMECH (individual or institutional) there is an extra fee of 400 SEK.

Please note that Sweden is not a member of the European Monetary Union.

If your payment is not received before May 5 (2006) the late fee will automatically be charged.

PhD students or post-docs

Participants applying for PhD student or post-doc fees should fax a proof of their employee status to the Kongresspecialisten conference secretariat. Fax number +46 90 15 49 59. Please mark the fax with your name and reference Efmc6. By post-doc fellow we here mean a maximum elapsed time of three years after the PhD graduation.

Confirmation

A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. For payment details, please see page Payment and Refunds on this web site.

Alterations

Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Kongresspecialisten by fax, ordinary post or e-mail.

Change of name

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of SEK 250 will then be charged.

Letter of invitation

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the conference should contact the meeting secretariat at efmc6@kongress.com. The invitation does not financially obligate the conference in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
